Paris-Bordeaux

Experimental Typography for GPS Navigation

We designed an experimental typography that translates complex GPS directions into a system of simple glyphs. This project, which blends information design with typographic design, creates a new visual language for navigation. The system was put into practice in a fully-realized edition that illustrates the entire Paris-Bordeaux route, transforming a standard journey into a compelling visual narrative.

The book, an artful demonstration of the font in use, is a 71-page edition (240x360mm) printed on matte 90g paper with a sturdy 300g offset cover.
